Build on learner experience

This is fine for mature adult learners but immature young learners have few experiences upon which to reflect, it is, therefore, the job of the teacher to create experiences directly related to the topic to be studied that help learners to ‘construct’ their own view of what it is about and what needs to be done to improve their understanding.
