The aim of this toolkit is to provide information (hints/tips/tactics & strategies) that will enable other managers in other situations/locations to set up projects with similar goals. It should be noted that our target audience was 16-25yr old disaffected learners so some of our actions were specific to this group and may have to be modified for other groups of learners.
