project partners in Lidköping

The partnership in Lidköping is formed by two branches of the town council - Nätverket and Komvux. Nätverket has a responsibility to provide activities for youngsters with social problems. They provide the local project manager and use their connections to recruit participants in the project.

Komvux is municipal adult education. There are some 800 learners, 30% out of which are full time students, and 40 staff members.

Villa Lidköping BK is playing the winter sport bandy in the highest national league in Sweden. The club has done so the last 40 years with varying results. The 2004-2005 season the team won the series, but fell in the play-off semi-final vs the champions to be.
